The three and half weeks that I was in South Korea was a meaningful experience and opportunity. With my time there, I have learned that the Korean culture, education, and its people all intertwine - one wouldn't exist without the other. The people is the culture, the culture is the education, and the education is the people. It has been expressed in many ways that education is important to the Korean community because of its history. Individuals and families work hard to be at the top because there is a strong influence of striving in order to ensure the well-being of everyone and the future.
