Lost "child" in Seoul

Various times, I have gotten lost in Seoul. Luckily, that’s where having friends (especially Korean friends) come in handy, but let’s talk about my first time getting lost in Seoul with my classmates. It was near 회현역 (Hui Hyun Station) trying to find 남산타워 (Namsan Tower). No available wifi, no maps, nothing. We were left to either challenge our limited Korean skills and hope for the best or ask for directions in English and hope the other party understood English well enough to help direct us. Although for me, it was nerve wrecking having to ask strangers for directions or for help, everyone here is so friendly and willing to help, it wasn’t much of a problem. Of course, we finally found our way to Nayeon (one of our student assistants) and made it to Namsan Tower.
