Gestures speak louder than words

My peers and I explored around Hongdae on a Saturday. Around evening time, I came across a man who was working on henna tattoos. Initially, I was attracted to him and then that unrealistic fate hit me. I attempted to interact with him and during that moment, we were communicating with frequent pauses. Even romance can have language barriers. It was difficult for me to interact with him; however, our gestures made sense to each other. This experience was a memorable moment for me. I was able to interact with someone from a different race and understand him through gestures rather than words. The point of this is that we can navigate ourselves through gestures too and not just words.

Final reflection

I don't even know where to begin as a final reflection. This trip made me realize just how much I would like to live and work in Korea....
