Busy, but safe

My first impression of South Korea in general was not what I had expected. It was really humid and hot, people drive very scary, and they park really weird and etc. I had assume streets to be more organized and really cool temperatures. enough of the bad side, Korean people here are really nice people to get to know, most of them already knows English and you can communicate with them well. Some of the things I see around is that people often do not lock their stuff and leave keys in the car when they are gone for a moment, i would assume they would be more cautious but I guess the theft rate is really low.
