Less than 24 hours and I'll be on my way to South Korea! I feel extremely excited about this trip yet I am also nervous about going. I am excited about the opportunity to see a different country along with its culture, customs, food, and attractions. However, there is the feeling of nervousness as I will be engulf by a new environment which I am unaccustomed to. I want to learn more about the Korean culture from its long, deep history that helps shape the people. To the intellectual achievements the country has made, to the new progresses that are still underway. During my three weeks in South Korea I want to become fully immerse in the environment, I want to talk to the people, see the most popular attractions, eat the famous Korean street food, and gain a better knowledge on the country overall.
