This past weekend, we decided to spend our three-day weekend in the wonderful city of Busan! To be honest, I had no idea what I wanted to do in Busan! The only thing I knew was that I really wanted to go there, and I had to get it checked off my bucket list Busan is known for being home to the very famous Haeundae Beach, and since it was a port city, I was extremely excited to try out their fresh seafood. The first day we got there, a friend took us to another fabulous but less well-known beach, called the Gwangalli Beach. Right away we discovered it was where all the young people hung out at – bars and clubs lined the side of the street opposite the side of the beach. The next day, we went to visit the actual Haeundae Beach, and luckily since it was a weekday, it was not that packed, although there still were a lot of people. This was my first time ever swimming at the ocean! I don’t know what I expected, but it was just like swimming at a regular lake, plus all the salt. Although this small vacation was too short, I’m really glad that I decided to go to Busan with the rest of the crew.
