It's not what you eat, but HOW you eat!

Even though I have been to Korea before, it was my first time sitting on the floor and eating dinner from a low table in a Korean BBQ restaurant. It was a traditional Korean culture, which we sometimes can see that happens in K-Dramas. For me, it was not a really comfortable to sit on the floor while eating, but it was an interesting experience to know more about Korean traditional culture. Also, most of the foods are coming with a large dish rather than individual servings. They love sharing food with the group of people they are eating with because they believe this can enhance their relationship and getting closer with each other. When I was in the restaurant, each table is having several bottles of soju (Korean alcohol). Soju is made from rice, barley and wheat, and it is served with a small glass. In Korean traditional culture, they never serve themselves while they are drinking with other people. When older people offering alcohol to the youngers, the younger one should use two hands and receive the drink politely in order to show their respectful.
